- Specs: Qwen 3.8 has 2.4T total parameters (95B active). The upcoming 27B model features entirely new capabilities, not just a fine-tune.

- Training: Post-training consumed an "unreasonable amount of compute." The architecture is similar to 3.5 but at a much larger scale.
