NeurIPS 2026 Announces Inaugural Workshop on Diffusion Language Models

NeurIPS 2026 will host the first workshop dedicated to Diffusion Language Models (DiffuLM), with a paper submission deadline of August 29, 2026, in Sydney.
The workshop focuses on three main tracks:
- Foundations: Unifying diffusion formulations, scaling laws, and model architectures.
- Efficiency: Parallel decoding, fast sampling, long-context generation, and hardware-aware systems.
- Reasoning: Global self-correction, test-time scaling, and RL post-training.
The event features invited speakers from Stanford, NVIDIA, and Meta, with organizers from Google DeepMind, Apple, and various universities.
