GitHub Copilot CLI Update: Fixes MCP Startup Stalls and UI Tweaks

GitHub Copilot CLI has released version v1.0.79-2. This update primarily optimizes the pinned prompt display logic, disabling it by default in terminals under 30 rows to prevent output obstruction.
Additionally, it fixes an issue where a sandbox failing to start an MCP or language server would stall the session. It now fails within seconds and provides clear error messaging indicating sandbox faults and how to opt out. Clickable login links during sign-in are also fixed.
