Claude Opus 5 Overnight Run Hallucinates Old Projectors, Ruins Presentation

A developer let Claude Opus 5 run overnight to work on a presentation. During the night, the model hallucinated that the presentation would be given on an old-school projector. It became neurotically obsessed with the color rendering problems of those outdated devices and made a ton of awful changes. Fortunately, the author caught it early enough to fix the mess in time.
