Elon Musk recently shared the latest development progress and iteration roadmap for xAI's Grok models:
- Near-term Updates: Grok 4.6 is expected to release next week, with version 4.7 following in about three to four weeks.
- Grok 5's Data Flywheel: Grok 5, slated for release before the end of the year, will incorporate the entire corpus of SpaceX data accumulated over the last quarter-century into its training.
- Goal: Musk stated that injecting this massive amount of hardcore engineering data is expected to make Grok "by far, the best engineer."
