Multiple users subscribed to the Claude Max 20x plan are complaining on Reddit about severe usage tracking anomalies. One user reported being automatically charged for extra credits despite having disabled the option.
Furthermore, users noted hitting the 5-hour limit just 20 minutes after their weekly usage was reset. Weekly usage reportedly jumped to 16% after only a few prompts, and some even saw 3% usage on models they hadn't even accessed.
