Cloudflare Brings Zero-Config OpenTelemetry Traces to Local Dev

Cloudflare now offers out-of-the-box OpenTelemetry traces for local development. Running wrangler dev or vite dev requires zero instrumentation or setup, providing the same OTEL traces used in production to debug both human and robot (agent) interactions seamlessly.
