SpaceX Q2 Report Reveals $60B Agreement to Acquire Cursor

SpaceX released its Q2 2026 financial and operational results, disclosing an agreement to acquire the AI coding tool Cursor for $60 billion to accelerate its enterprise AI opportunity.

Other highlights include a 92% year-over-year revenue growth driven by extreme vertical integration. The Connectivity segment saw a 66% revenue increase, driven by a doubling of Starlink subscribers. The company also completed two successful Starship V3 flight tests and released its most powerful AI model, Grok 4.5, in July.
