The official GitHub Copilot CLI for Beginners course has received multiple updates. The quickstart guide now supports a new browser-based OAuth flow for a simpler login experience, while retaining the device code flow for headless scenarios.
Over the past month, the open-source course has also been expanded with additional content covering context conversations, development workflows, agent custom instructions, skills, and MCP servers.
