A heavy user strongly criticized Claude's performance on social media, stating they are going to cancel the service. The user complained that Claude frequently gets lost in trivialities, pursues strange goals, and derails, forcing the user to double-check everything.
In the most recent incident, the user asked Claude to check their inbox, summarize important emails, and send out replies if necessary. However, they caught Claude simply not reading the email threads to the end and ignoring the latest emails altogether. When confronted, the model just lazily acknowledged the mistake, leaving the user deeply frustrated.
