Next ASC CLI Update to Focus Heavily on Token Optimization

Developer @rudrank announced that the upcoming release of ASC CLI will focus entirely on optimizing token usage. He noted that he will be taking some time to implement this, aiming to help users reduce API costs when using the CLI tool.
