Testing MiniMax H3 on RTX 5080: 15-Second Video in 11 Minutes

A developer on Reddit shared benchmark data running the MiniMax H3 video generation model locally on an RTX 5080 (32GB). Under the setting of 0.4MP resolution and 10 inference steps, generating a 15-second video took about 11 minutes.
The test revealed that increasing video frames does not linearly increase time per step: a 5-second video takes 10 seconds/step, 10 seconds takes 30 seconds, and 15 seconds takes 60 seconds. The author also shared optimization experiences using --fast-disk and --cache-none flags.
