NVIDIA has announced the commercial availability of Alpamayo 2 Super, a frontier open reasoning model designed for robotaxis and autonomous vehicles (AVs). Built on the NVIDIA Cosmos 3 Super Reasoner and post-trained with reinforcement learning, the model focuses on solving rare, complex long-tail driving scenarios.
Released on Hugging Face under the Linux Foundation's permissive OpenMDW-1.1 license, the model offers leading multitask capabilities and inspectable decision-making, empowering developers to build safer and more transparent AV systems.
