HappyRobot has raised $150 million in Series C funding at a $1.2 billion post-money valuation. The round was led by Prysm Capital and co-led by Eurazeo, with participation from existing investors like a16z.
The company develops AI agents that handle mission-critical phone calls, emails, and scheduling for enterprises. Having proven its platform in logistics with over 150 enterprise customers including DHL and Uber, the company's revenue has grown 5x since its Series B late last year. It is now expanding into insurance, energy, telecom, and airlines.
