Meta's research team has open-sourced Momentum Human Rig (MHR), an anatomically-inspired parametric full-body digital human model.
Key Features:
- High DOF Control: Offers 45 shape parameters, 204 pose parameters, and 72 facial expression controls.
- LOD Support: Includes a parametric skeletal model, a realistic 3D mesh skinned to the skeleton with levels of detail, plus pose corrective and facial blendshape models.
- Cross-Discipline: Designed to be friendly for both CG and CV communities, making it highly applicable for digital avatars, motion capture, and embodied AI research.
