The project, Open AI UGC, serves as a free alternative to paid platforms like Arcads and MakeUGC. It integrates multiple state-of-the-art video models like Veo 3.1 and Seedance 2 to generate video ads with realistic AI actors. Built on Next.js + Stripe, it can be self-hosted, eliminating high subscription fees and per-seat pricing.
