AI Model Terms Shift Constantly, Devs Warned Not to Build on Them

Developer Casey West points out that AI model service terms, such as data retention windows, are constantly shifting. Using Google's service terms as an example, he discovered that the data retention period was quietly reduced from 30 days to 3 days without any official announcement.
He warns developers building products around these models to be cautious of these shifting terms, advising against hardcoding business logic based on conditions that could change at any moment.
