Open-Source Tool mem-port Update: Introduces ADR Memory for AI Agents

The developer of the open-source portable memory tool mem-port has launched a new feature: support for ADR (Architectural Decision Records) as a memory type.
This allows AI coding assistants or agents to retain and access a developer's historical technical decisions, preferences, and architectural setups across different projects. The author notes that this solves the pain point of having to re-teach AI tools the necessary context every time a new project is started. Currently, mem-port supports 5 distinct types of memory modules.
