Linux Foundation Proposes SAFE Guidelines for Shared Agentic AI Cybersecurity

Kicking off on the first day of the Black Hat conference, the Linux Foundation has released a Request for Comments on the Shared AI Findings Exchange (SAFE) guidelines. The framework aims to transform agentic AI cybersecurity incidents into collective defense mechanisms.

Drafted by a working group within the Open Secure AI Alliance (OSSA), the guidelines propose:

The alliance has grown to over 120 organizations, with NVIDIA, Cisco, CrowdStrike, Hugging Face, and Red Hat contributing to the initial proposal.
