MiniMax H3 Speed Test: Generates 5-Sec HD Video in 3 Mins on RTX 4080
Radyschen · reddit · 2026-08-04
A developer tested the generation speed of the MiniMax H3 video model on an RTX 4080 Super.
By using the pruned int8 model combined with Spectrum and SageAttention optimizations, generating a 120-frame, 5-second high-definition video took only 3 minutes and 10 seconds. In contrast, the previous Wan 2.2 model took 4 to 4.5 minutes for just 81 frames. The author notes that even without a Lightning LoRA, MiniMax H3's speed and efficiency are highly impressive.
