Running MiniMax-H3 on RTX 3060: Renders 5s Video in 4 Minutes
Robert_Brown_7425 · reddit · 2026-08-04
A developer successfully ran the MiniMax-H3 video generation model locally on an RTX 3060 12GB GPU with 64GB of RAM.
Although the hardware was pushed to its absolute limits, using EasyCache and SageAttention optimizations allowed them to generate a 5-second 480p Text-to-Video (T2V) clip in just 4-5 minutes. The author was highly impressed with the results and shared a fun remix of the classic "Will Smith eating spaghetti" meme.
