LangGraph Studio Introduces Replay: Swap Variables and Re-run Exact Traces for Agent Debugging
hwchase17 · x · 2026-08-04
Harrison Chase, founder of LangChain, revealed a practical debugging feature in LangGraph Studio: Replay.
This feature allows developers to take a failed agent run, swap out a single variable or component, and re-run the exact same trace. It solves the traditional pain point of debugging agents, where developers previously had to rerun the entire workflow and hope it fails the same way, significantly improving the developer experience.
