MiniMax H3 full bf16 run hits 95 GB VRAM and finishes a 15s clip in 2 hours

The author benchmarked MiniMax H3 in full bf16 on an RTX PRO 6000 Max-Q to see the ceiling of the model when nothing is pruned or offloaded.

The run used a 1920×1088, 15-second generation at 24 fps with the stock ComfyUI 0.30.0 template. It loaded the full 63 GB DiT plus bf16 Qwen encoder and fp16/fp32 VAEs, reached about 94–95 GB peak VRAM, and finished in 1:59:29 with zero OOMs.

The prompt described a three-scene jellyfish sequence, and the model roughly respected the scene timing. The author notes that this is the kind of output they wanted to inspect before applying further upscaling or interpolation.
