Blood Test Explainer turns lab reports into private offline explanations

Gradio highlights Blood Test Explainer, a hackathon app that lets users upload a blood test PDF or image and get a private, offline interpretation.
The app uses a fine-tuned 1.3B model to extract markers into strict JSON, then applies deterministic knowledge-graph code to generate plain-language explanations. It runs on Hugging Face ZeroGPU and does not rely on an external inference API.
