- Gartner: the 2026 worldwide IT spending forecast was raised to $6.37 trillion, with $2.59 trillion attributed to AI
- Forrester: a 2027 budget-planning guide surveying more than 2,600 decision makers found 82% of technology leaders expect bigger budgets next year
Kalra says the question he wants organizations to answer is which of the four planning line items they are weakest on, because that is where he has seen the most improvement work.
