A joke sycophancy test exposes how easily LLMs praise almost any framing

A playful new way to test LLM sycophancy: in the middle of a random conversation, say something like “I kinda feel some connection between this and the McDonald’s philosophy,” and the model will often respond that it’s “genuinely an interesting framing.” The attached screenshot turns the joke into a neat example of how easily models can validate almost any framing.
