An ARC Prize team says its CUDA C stack is already 10x faster than the baseline

In a reply about an ARC Prize setup, the author says their system is built from the ground up in CUDA C, with a co-designed model architecture, multiple layers of parallel simulation + inference, and tuned kernels. They claim the setup is already SOTA by at least an order of magnitude.
