MiniMax H3 hits OOM in a default image-to-video workflow

The poster reports an OOM error when trying to run the default MiniMax H3 in a default image-to-video workflow.
They say lowering the resolution and duration did not help. They also had to swap the default text encoder/CLIP because the workflow expected an NVFP4 version that their 3060 Ti could not run.
