Codex is usually skipped for missing context, not missing capability

The author agrees that Codex often has enough capability, but says the main reasons it is not used are usually:
- missing context
- needing to write a skill
- not thinking to use it in the first place
They add one exception: human-to-human communication. For a good email, the intent is already so close to the surface that LLMs add little value.
