Plannotator is a local, free and open-source tool for plan and code review in AI coding-agent workflows.

It lets users annotate agent plans before execution, review agent-written code with a full diff viewer, and share feedback back to the agent. It integrates with tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, Gemini, Kiro, OpenCode and VS Code, and supports commands for plan annotation, code review and the agent’s last message.

The product emphasizes local-first storage, version history, draft auto-save, and integrations with VS Code, Obsidian, Bear and GitHub/GitLab PRs.
