Stop Being a 'Meat Proxy': The Danger of Copy-Pasting AI Responses

The author critiques the increasingly common practice of users acting as a "meat proxy" by directly copy-pasting verbose AI-generated responses (like Claude's) in Slack, code reviews, or daily chats. This behavior adds extra reading effort for the recipient and often includes plausible but dense jargon or nonsense.
The author argues that while using AI is fine, you shouldn't just relay its output. You need to read, validate, and understand the AI's response, then rewrite it in your own words. In code reviews, for instance, if a developer blindly generates code and handles feedback via AI without effort, the actual implementation is effectively being done by the reviewer and the AI, not the submitter.
