Ahead of the open-weights release of Qwen3.8-27B, a developer has open-sourced a build for a desk-sized personal AI computer powered by two RTX 5090s.

Built on an Intel Xeon W5 platform with 64GB of VRAM and 1,550W power draw, the system runs on a standard wall outlet. It is designed to run large models like Llama, Qwen, and DeepSeek locally with zero API spend, supporting agent frameworks like OpenClaw and Hermes Agent.
