AI Inference Hardware Startup OLIX Raises $312M Series B at $3.3B Valuation

UK-based AI inference hardware startup OLIX has raised $312 million in a Series B round, achieving a $3.3 billion valuation. The round saw participation from Arm and Hudson River Trading, along with angel investor Reed Hastings, co-founder of Netflix.
The company also appointed Nick McKeown, co-inventor of software-defined networking and Stanford professor, to its board of directors, and hired former Wise CFO Matt Briers. OLIX aims to break through the efficiency limits of current datacenter AI inference hardware architectures.
