Google DeepMind Hiring: AI Agents Allowed Throughout Engineering Interviews
dhruv2038 · x · 2026-08-03

Neel Nanda noted that since engineers work with agents all day on the job, the interview process should reflect this reality. He finds it wild that many companies still conduct traditional coding interviews without agents, arguing that hiring practices need to adapt to modern workflows.
