Ditching Node Spaghetti: Dev Builds a Forge-Style UI on Top of ComfyUI

adeliogentile · reddit · 2026-08-03

Frustrated by ComfyUI's complex node wiring and WebUI Forge's extension issues, a developer built Adeliox-UI, a clean interface powered by ComfyUI's backend.

It mimics Forge's intuitive workflow (tabs for txt2img, img2img, etc.) while retaining ComfyUI's speed and universal model support. The standout feature is turning complex custom node setups into simple toggles, such as Krea Multi-LoRA regional rendering and identity edits. The tool will be open-sourced on GitHub with a simple install.bat for zero-configuration deployment.
