mycelium: A Self-Documenting Framework for Analytical Projects with Codex Support
arjunrajlab · x · 2026-08-03
The Arjunraj Lab has open-sourced mycelium on GitHub, a self-documenting and self-improving framework designed for analytical projects.
The tool addresses the common pain point of knowledge loss in data analysis. Researchers often spend weeks figuring out the right normalization techniques, discovering silent failures in clustering methods, or learning workarounds for file formats, only for this knowledge to go uncaptured. mycelium preserves these hard-won insights, turning them into a durable 'living dataset' for future reuse. The project now includes native support for Codex plugins.
