AI Chip Startup OLIX Raises $312M Series B at $3.3B Valuation

London-based AI inference infrastructure startup OLIX has secured $312 million in a Series B round, achieving a valuation of $3.3 billion. The round saw participation from Fundomo, Arm, and Hudson River Trading, alongside increased commitments from existing investors.
OLIX is building hardware for frontier AI inference. Its X-1 platform utilizes specialized chips connected by light to deliver complete rack-scale systems, aiming to make running large AI models faster and more efficient. The company plans to deliver its initial systems to customers in the second half of 2027.
