According to ZDNet Korea, NVIDIA has informed graphics card manufacturers of a price increase driven by rising TSMC wafer costs and surging GDDR7 memory prices.

Starting this month, GeForce RTX 50 series graphics cards in the South Korean market are expected to see price hikes of up to 30%. The flagship RTX 5090 has already jumped by at least 1.5 million KRW, while mainstream models like the RTX 5060 Ti and RTX 5070 saw their minimum prices increase by around 100,000 and 200,000 KRW respectively. These adjustments have reportedly already been reflected in the US and Chinese markets.
