EU AI Act Takes Effect: 'Can I Still Use Photoshop?'

The European Commission officially announced that new regulations aimed at making AI usage more transparent are now in effect. In response to the new EU law, a tech blogger jokingly asked about its boundaries: "Darf ich noch Photoshop?" (Can I still use Photoshop?).
