Rethinking Programming Languages for AI Agents from First Principles

After attending a tech talk, a developer shared his thoughts on the future of programming languages. While refactoring codebases over the weekend, he began to imagine what a programming language optimized for AI agents would look like from first principles. Previously, Salesforce CEO also expressed a desire for an AI-native programming language on a podcast. The industry is starting to rethink underlying code execution to better tolerate and manage AI-generated "slop."
