Jeffrey Emanuel Releases Claude Code Skill for Managing Agent Swarms

Jeffrey Emanuel has published a new Claude Code Skill called vibing-with-ntm on Jeffrey's Skills.md, currently in public preview.
The skill is designed to manage NTM (Neural Turing Machine) agent swarms. Its core capabilities include:
- Running orchestrator ticks and unsticking panes
- Handling rate limits and issuing marching orders
- Coordinating review mode, convergence, and queue-dry states
- Defending against reward hacking and Goodhart's law failures
The skill has garnered 1,872 installs so far. An active subscription is required to sync it with the local CLI.
