- Public Tools: The EU launched a Complaint Tool and a Whistleblower Tool to allow the public and insiders to report alleged violations.
- Delayed Provisions: Enforcement for certain high-risk AI systems and watermarking requirements has been postponed, with some deadlines extending to August 2028.
