Apple's bug bounty program is being flooded with AI-generated fake reports. These fabricated submissions have clogged the review pipeline, forcing Apple to cap submission limits per researcher.
The overflow had real consequences: Italian startup Bynario was initially unable to report a serious macOS vulnerability—worth up to $200,000 on the black market—because of the restricted intake process.
