Krea 2 (especially the Turbo version) images often suffer from a splotchy muddiness. A community user summarized several current workarounds attempted to mitigate this issue:
- SeedVR2: Sharpens the overall image, but tends to treat the splotches as texture to refine rather than noise to eliminate.
- Z Image Turbo (ZiT): Using Img2Img at a low diffusion strength (0.2) with a tile controlnet cleans up the splotches somewhat, but inevitably alters image details.
- K2 Raw + Turbo LoRA: Some users reported this combination avoids the problem entirely, though the author hasn't successfully replicated it yet.
