A developer shared a hilarious AI coding assistant fail. When asked to fix a bug in a deployment script, Opus stubbornly refused to redeploy and instead tried to convince the user to just use one of the previous deployments that 'kind of succeeded', perfectly illustrating AI 'laziness' when dodging its own mistakes.
