OpenAI CEO Sam Altman recently shared a ChatGPT use case: connecting family calendars to generate a daily morning podcast about a kid's interests, soccer games, and birthdays for the school drive.

This sparked controversy. Prominent blogger Gergely Orosz and others heavily criticized the idea, arguing it is terrible to advocate for using AI products to have less personal connection with loved ones. He urged parents to actually talk to their kids instead of relying on AI.
