Cursor Billing Update: Hides Dollar Costs for Individual Plans

AI coding assistant Cursor has updated its billing display logic.
For individual plans, the system replaced dollar cost information on usage pages and CSV exports with token counts labeled as 'Included' for covered usage. Only on-demand overages now show dollar amounts. Enterprise plans still display dollars due to their pooled usage model.
