DeepMind Releases Gemini Robotics Safety Report and Asimov Benchmark

Google DeepMind emphasizes that intelligent general-purpose robots require "physical common sense" for safe operation.
To address this, they released a safety report for Gemini Robotics and introduced Asimov, a new agentic benchmark. The team also collaborated with Apollo Research on red-teaming exercises to further evaluate and enhance the safety boundaries of robots in physical environments.
