sol-advisor: Open-Source Codex-Native Architect Orchestration Workflow

A new GitHub project called sol-advisor introduces a Codex-native architect workflow for capability-routed software delivery.
It orchestrates three distinct agents:
- Sol: The primary session focusing on requirements, architecture, specs, and verification.
- Luna: Handles routine implementation tasks.
- Terra: Takes on the harder builds.
The workflow mandates a fresh Sol review with a read-only profile before any diff is marked as done.
