- Land Power Shell (LPS): This remains the most obvious and fastest path to cash-on-cash returns. As data centers face increasing pushback, the value of energized land will explode. He has aggressively stepped into this layer, acquiring almost 6GW of grid and behind-the-meter power coming online from today through 2029.
- Silicon: He believes it is no longer viable for startups to compete in the chip layer. The performance demands are too high, manufacturing is too complex, and startups lack the supply chain influence for adjacent components like memory.
